ICTS Europe is seeking a Training Manager to join the Security Management Team in the UK. You will design, deliver and refresh detailed process and policy training and inductions to ensure all personnel comply with contract requirements and team development.
Reporting to the Cluster Account Manager, you will drive performance standards, promote behaviour safety programmes, and coordinate with client management, operations and site supervisors to plan inductions, resources and reporting.
