ICTS Europe is seeking a Site Manager / Site Lead for our client’s site in Bracknell. You will lead the on-site security team, coordinate with the client and ICTS, and ensure the service is delivered to a best-in-class standard on every shift.
Responsibilities include staff rosters, HR processes, audits, and training, with a focus on safety, compliance and performance. A valid SIA licence and eligibility to obtain DV clearance are essential, along with UK residency.
