ICTD is seeking a Programme Manager to coordinate and supervise all ICTD activities, acting as the central node in staff, budgets and programme. You will work closely with the CEO to guide management functions of this large and evolving programme.
The role requires excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, strong budget and financial management experience, and a track record of delivering donors' reporting and research communications.
