Join our team as an IT Engineer, providing support to our education customers with a variety of responsibilities including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support. This role involves working at customer sites and remotely outside of these times. You will act as an extension of our customers' teams, delivering high-quality support across Cloud technologies, Windows, Apple desktop OS, mobile devices such as iPads, and Windows Server OS.
We seek candidates who are experienced with the latest technologies, possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and are confident problem solvers. Essential knowledge includes:

- Visit schools and businesses for scheduled SLA visits.
- Attend site for emergency callouts as authorized.
- Manage your schedule to ensure responsive on-site service.

Remote Tasks:
- Provide remote support via phone, email, live chat, or referrals.
- Be the primary contact for your assigned customers.
