As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the day-to-day operation of our digital services from an administrative perspective, not only within our Global Resourcing team, but also across other teams in the business. You will primarily be responsible for completing a variety of operational and organisational tasks to support multiple workflows across the agency, taking into account any specific requirements for each task. The tasks will range in scale, and frequency, some may be regular and others ad hoc. Based fully in our Leeds office, you will work alongside multiple teams of talented individuals to ensure we are operating smoothly and towards our shared goals as a business.
The role:
- Casual role - up to 20 hours per week (flexible to suit your schedule)
- Salary: Β£12.21/hour
- Populate, update, clean up and reconcile data records across ICS-digital and ICS-translate
- Conduct checks and identify anomalies, raising any compliance issues to relevant managers
- Communicating with freelance vendors to ensure their profiles with us are up-to-date
- Curate lists of suitable freelance vendors for new projects to help the Global Resourcing team
- Issuing and tracking agreements for signature
- Upload content to relevant client platforms
- Work accurately and efficiently to reach monthly KPIs
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Data management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy, notably Google workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- A driven, proactive mindset, with the ability to work flexibly and independently
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and of ISO 17100 is desirable
- Experience of using a CRM/BMS is desirable
