We have an exciting opportunity for a Translation Project Manager, with an aim to provide a superior level of language services which are fully integrated with digital strategy. This role is integral to the day-to-day operation of our language services, liaising closely with Client Account Managers and freelance professionals across the globe. In over 100+ languages, we take pride in connecting clients with their ideal audiences, in some of the most competitive industries. The role will suit a motivated, highly-organised person with a passion for languages and the translation industry! We\’re looking to bring in an seasoned Project Coordinator/Manager, with experience working directly with a Language Service Provider.

Role

  • Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with potential for weekend-working, typically including one weekend day (e.g. Tuesday-Saturday) – to be agreed in advance
  • Hybrid-working: minimum requirement of 1 day per week in the office
  • Translation project management across highly-regulated sectors
  • Providing full support to Client Account Managers in all aspects of translation services
  • Coordinating a team of freelance linguistic experts, assigning content and monitoring performance/output
  • Working directly with CAT tools and other localisation software

Requirements

  • Native-level English and advanced level of another language; or native-level speaker of another language and advanced level of English
  • Experience in project management and coordination, gained with a Language Service Provider
  • Familiar with CAT tools and their role in the translation workflow
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced agency
  • Background in languages/translation
  • 33 paid holidays per year
