ICS London is an independent, IB Continuum and IB World School, with 40 years’ history, providing an international IB education to students aged 3 - 18 (Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes). We are recruiting for an experienced, full-time Administrator/Receptionist to join our Primary School community! This is an exciting, standalone position available on a permanent, term-time-only basis starting August 2026.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of two years experience working as a school administrator
- Hold GCSE's (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT
- Have experience using ISAMS
- Excellent communication skills in person, by telephone and in writing
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of safeguarding
