ICS London is an independent IB Continuum and IB World School with 40 years of history, delivering an international IB education to students aged 3–18. We are recruiting a full‑time Primary Years Programme Coordinator to join our Primary School community on a permanent basis from August 2026.

Job Overview

As Coordinator you will lead the Primary Years Programme, fostering a high standard of teaching and learning, supporting staff in developing and delivering curriculum, and ensuring the programme meets IB requirements.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Hold QTS
• Hold a degree level qualification in a relevant subject area
• Have five years post‑qualified teaching experience in a PYP environment
• Have in‑depth knowledge of the IB Primary, Middle and Diploma programmes
• Exhibit excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Be proficient in IT
• Be able to motivate, lead and facilitate in‑house training
• Develop, plan, lead and deliver high‑quality learning experiences to primary‑aged students
• Ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning
