We are looking for a creative, commercially aware and learner‑focused Product Content Lead to support the development and promotion of our professional qualification’s portfolio.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing products and learner experiences to life through compelling messaging, engaging campaigns and high‑quality marketing collateral. Working closely with Product, Delivery, Sales and Marketing teams, you will help translate product vision, learner insight and platform innovation into clear and impactful communications that support learner engagement, growth and conversion. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new product launches, learner journey communications, campaign development and sales enablement across a growing portfolio of online professional qualifications. This role would suit somebody with experience in product marketing, educational marketing, EdTech, online learning or learner engagement who enjoys working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

- Key Responsibilities
- Product Marketing & Campaigns
- Support the development and execution of product marketing campaigns for professional qualification programmes.
- Translate product features, learner benefits and platform functionality into compelling learner‑facing messaging.
- Assist in the launch of new products, propositions and learner experiences.
- Create and maintain campaign briefs working closely with the marketing and Sales teams.
- Support learner recruitment and engagement initiatives through targeted communications and collateral.
- Product Content
- Produce high‑quality content copy to be provided to the Marketing team for ‘Go‑to‑Market’ launch, across multiple channels including:
- Website content
- Learner communications
- Brochures and guides
- Product one‑pagers
- Video and webinar scripts
- Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, learner‑focused and aligned to brand guidelines.
- Learner Journey & Engagement
- Support the creation of learner journey communications from onboarding through to completion.
- Develop communications that improve learner engagement, retention and overall learner experience.
- Help communicate new platform features, live learning opportunities and learner support initiatives.
- Brand & Collateral
- Ensure consistency across all learner‑facing and sales‑facing communications.
- Support wider brand and proposition development initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Product, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and Platform teams.
- Gather product insight and learner feedback to support campaign development and messaging.
- Support internal teams with clear product and proposition communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve messaging, communications and learner engagement.
- Support ongoing optimisation of learner‑facing materials and campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience producing marketing collateral and learner/customer communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or AI‑driven solutions.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand learner/customer needs.
- Experience within education, professional qualifications, online learning or EdTech.
- Experience supporting product launches or proposition development.
- Understanding of learner journeys and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms or online products.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing systems.
