Due to increased client demand, we are looking for an Editorial Assistant to join our content team on a casual contract. The role focuses on various editorial- and content-related tasks to support our editorial process. Whilst your main focus will be editing, we may occasionally need support with other tasks such as writing, content uploading and topic ideation.

This role will be situated in the Content Team. As Editorial Assistant, you will work across multiple campaigns, with the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining a high editorial standard. You will be tasked with ensuring that all content adheres to both our client’s requirements and our own in-house guidelines, providing constructive feedback to writers to ensure quality standards are met.

This is a flexible role, offering you the chance to work hours that suit your schedule whilst gaining excellent insights into digital marketing, SEO and content.

The Role
  • Casual (10-20 hours per week depending on business needs, potentially including weekend work)
  • Editing content to ensure it adheres to both our clients’ requirements and our in-house guidelines
  • Providing constructive feedback to writers to drive quality standards
  • Ensuring all content creation is factually accurate, compliant with relevant regulations, free from plagiarism and grounded in high-quality research
  • Creating unique topic ideas for clients
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
