We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in the DN2 Area.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial settings. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their pupils.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 2.30 PM- 6.30 PM
A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position, which we can help obtain
Full Training and PPE will be provided
You must be able to provide 2 current utility bills dated in last 3 months, something with National insurance number on, Passport or birth certificate, work history and Work references
Duties:
– Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
– Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
– Empty bins and replace liners
– Clean classrooms and sanitize all touch point areas to high standards,
– Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
– Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
– Restock supplies as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
– Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
Skills:
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent time management skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
