We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 5pm-7pm,
Rate of pay £12.60
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
Drive to various locations as required to perform cleaning duties, ensuring timely arrival at each site.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
