As a Microsoft-sell partner, we combine cutting-edge AI technology with deep sector expertise to deliver exceptional value through our core solutions: AI Contact Centres, AI Staff Copilots, and Social Care AI Copilots. With our head office in Basingstoke, delivery office in Leamington Spa, and satellite offices throughout the UK, we're transforming how the public sector delivers services.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical AI BI & Benefits Analyst to join our Delivery team supporting the design phase of two major AI transformation programmes. This role will define how success is measured — designing Business Intelligence, KPI, and Benefits Tracking frameworks that demonstrate the measurable impact of AI adoption. Working closely with client stakeholders, Project & Product Managers, and BI Developers, you’ll translate transformation objectives into clear, data-driven metrics and dashboards that underpin how adoption, performance, and value are tracked. This is a design and definition role focused on shaping frameworks and prototypes for future implementation by the Lead BI Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document KPI and BI frameworks aligned to AI transformation objectives.
- Develop prototype Power BI dashboards and visualisations for adoption and benefit tracking.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to define data integration and telemetry strategies.
- Translate transformation goals into measurable benefits statements and indicators.
- Produce benefits scorecards, adoption tracking reports, and insight summaries for client steering groups.
- Support the creation of data and benefits architectures that ensure traceability and governance.
- Analyse early data sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Prepare design handover documentation for implementation by the Lead BI Developer.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting BI and benefits requirements.
- Strong analytical skills in KPI design, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
- Understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and adoption tracking methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, UK Public Sector standards).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with AI analytics integration, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric (desirable).
What We Offer
- Flexible and remote working options.
- Enhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution).
- 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays (per annum).
- £1,200 annual work-from-home allowance.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role. A full Role Profile is available upon request.
