About The Role
Weβre seeking a highly analytical AI BI & Benefits Analyst to join our Delivery team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the design phase of two major AI transformation programmes. This role will define how success is measured β designing Business Intelligence, KPI, and Benefits Tracking frameworks that demonstrate the measurable impact of AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document KPI and BI frameworks aligned to AI transformation objectives.
- Develop prototype Power BI dashboards and visualisations for adoption and benefit tracking.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to define data integration and telemetry strategies.
- Translate transformation goals into measurable benefits statements and indicators.
- Produce benefits scorecards, adoption tracking reports, and insight summaries for client steering groups.
- Support the creation of data and benefits architectures that ensure traceability and governance.
- Analyse early data sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Prepare design handover documentation for implementation by the Lead BI Developer.
Required Skills And Experience
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting BI and benefits requirements.
- Strong analytical skills in KPI design, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
- Understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and adoption tracking methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, UK Public Sector standards).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with AI analytics integration, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric (desirable).
