We work with councils, universities and public service organisations to deliver responsible, impactful AI solutions.

We are expanding our Delivery team and seeking an AI Consultant (Business Analyst) to support discovery, requirements gathering, AI Agent definition and successful programme delivery across our AI Transformation initiatives.

About the Role

You will act as the link between client stakeholders and our technical engineering teams. You will define AI Agents, capture requirements, produce documentation, support Agile delivery and contribute to benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops
  • Produce AI Agent specifications and user stories
  • Capture functional and non‐functional requirements
  • Define measurable benefit cases
  • Map As‐Is / To‐Be processes
  • Support UAT and validation
  • Support adoption, training and improvement cycles

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Business Analysis / Consulting / Digital Transformation
  • Experience delivering software or AI‐enabled solutions
  • Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI
  • Strong requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills
  • Agile SCRUM experience
