We are experiencing rapid growth and are now hiring an Enterprise AI Solutions Sales Specialist to help scale our trial‑based sales process and drive large‑scale AI transformation within local government.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a high‑performing seller from SaaS, enterprise technology or advanced solution sales who wants to accelerate their career into the AI sector. You will sell proven, high‑impact AI solutions that are already transforming public services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert marketing‑qualified leads and drive trial‑to‑contract conversion
- Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Heads of Customer Services and Directors of Social Care
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI‑driven proposals
- Co‑sell with Microsoft and collaborate on joint go‑to‑market strategies
- Guide prospects through complex, multi‑stakeholder buying cycles across local government
Who You Are
- A consistent high performer with a strong track record in enterprise or SaaS sales
- Significant experience selling Contact Centre software or Contact Centre technology solutions (essential)
- Skilled in influencing senior decision‑makers across public sector or enterprise environments
- Strong consultative seller able to articulate ROI and business value clearly
- High‑energy, proactive, target‑driven and commercially astute
- Technically confident with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business outcomes
- Experience selling into local government is advantageous
