This is a role that will join a team focused on driving digital marketing transformation at the enterprise-level for an account. This individual will have experience identifying opportunities to grow and improve clients' digital capabilities and will be tasked with building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the client’s organisation. Candidates with relevant experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and digital business strategy will be strongly considered. This is a full-time role and requires 2 days per week in the London, Brighton or Cardiff office. You must have the Right to Work in the UK as unfortunately we are currently unable to sponsor those who require a VISA.
Responsibilities- Become immersed in how to connect marketing and technology solutions to client pain points, bringing in subject matter experts at the right moment to instigate sales motions.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, positioning iCrossing as a strategic growth partner.
- Map out client business structures and decision-making units to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve portfolio targets.
- Own the overall health and growth of key accounts, driving client satisfaction and optimising iCrossing’s commercial performance.
- Connect the dots across iCrossing’s digital disciplines to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
- Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day client program execution, providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
- Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
- Mentor and grow team talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Track progress against goals and commitments, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.
- Champion service quality, partnering with capability leads to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
