You will be client-facing and will involve workstreams that cover four areas of D&A (Strategy, Implementation, BI, and Data Science), as well as mentoring and managing junior team members in collaboration with the Head of Digital Solutions to grow the department.

This is a full-time role requiring 2 days per week in the London office. You must have the Right to Work in the UK, as we are currently unable to sponsor visas.

  • Identify strategic opportunities through analysis of clients’ programmes of work.
  • Lead the development and evolution of comprehensive data strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing goals, and the digital ecosystem. This includes data governance, platform integration, and frameworks for actionable insights.
  • Communicate data requirements with client stakeholders and assist in securing data assets, including offline data sources.
  • Define measurement objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics for clients.
  • Collaborate with client’s developers to deploy robust data layers.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager expertise to review, evaluate, and optimize technical tracking implementations. Create technical documentation for clients.
  • Assess data sources and gathering techniques, and improve data collection methods.
  • Enhance advanced analytics models, methodologies, and contribute to new ideas in modeling and visualization.
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concepts based on research.
  • Act as an ambassador for iCrossing and its values.
  • Perform additional duties as required based on your skills and experience.

  • Support the Head of Digital Solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing plans to assist in measurement and testing strategies.
  • Innovate and design new measurement tools.
  • Supervise junior team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
