About The Role

We are recruiting a Learning Manager with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in CPD and accreditation processes; governance and accountability requirements.
  • Ability to design trauma-informed and ethically grounded learning solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate the values set out in the ICRIR Code of Conduct.
  • Willingness to undergo SC security vetting if not already in place.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in justice, policing, investigations, ombudsman, or human rights sectors.
  • Understanding of the Northern Ireland legacy context and Troubles-related work.
  • Knowledge of investigative standards, legal processes, or evidential requirements.
  • Experience working with external accrediting bodies or regulators.
  • Experience delivering trauma-informed or wellbeing-focused learning programmes.
  • Experience supporting organisational learning from case reviews or investigations.
