This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career and progress within an FN50 leasing company. We are a forward-thinking, family-owned vehicle contract hire and leasing company based in Milton Keynes and are looking for a talented Fleet Customer Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of a developing team, with the autonomy and ability to help shape and direct the company moving forwards. We are looking for someone proactive and detail-driven who’s comfortable working in a busy operational environment and genuinely cares about supporting customers and co-workers.
Duties:
- First point of contact for customers.
- Taking ownership in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
- Setup of new contracts within Fleet management and other related systems.
- Invoicing customers.
- Assisting in vehicle disposals & logistics along with relevant paperwork.
- Penalty charge notices and customer recharges.
- Maintaining vehicle details & contracts on fleet management systems.
- Manages post income and deliveries and collections.
- Motor Insurance updates and checks with group insurance.
- Contribute to ICR’s social media presence and marketing activity.
- Assist in customer maintenance management.
- Assist Account Managers with credit control.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have proven fleet industry administrative experience (ideally 2 years or more).
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of Business Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice products.
- Be motivated and ambitious to progress in their career.
- Think strategically & commercially.
- Focus on customer & business needs.
- Drive innovation and lead change.
- Show excellent attention to detail and have a focus on accuracy.
- PC literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm (No weekends)
Salary: Up to £28,000 basic depending on experience
