Senior Consultant
The Senior Consultant role is a workstream and deliverable leader, responsible for translating strategy into action while ensuring clarity, quality, and forward momentum. This role balances independent delivery leadership with coaching and enabling others, helping shape structured work plans and client-ready outputs that drive measurable outcomes.
As ICP continues to evolve as an integrated, insight-led partner, this role is essential to:
- Lead workstreams that connect strategic intent to tactical execution

- Strengthen consulting maturity across the broader team
Senior Consultants may develop along two equally valued pathways:
- Strategic path: structuring problems, shaping client direction, and guiding strategic recommendations.
- Specialist path: bringing depth expertise (e.g., automation, DAM, PIM, digital shelf, content supply chain, taxonomy) to elevate solution feasibility and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workstreams, ensuring clarity of objectives, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
- Produce high-quality outputs that translate complexity into structured, client-ready narratives.
- Apply ICP frameworks and consulting methodologies consistently, improving and adapting them where needed.
- Mentor and review work from Consultants and Analysts to strengthen outcomes and delivery consistency.
Client Engagement
- Manage day-to-day client interactions within your workstream; maintain trust and credibility.
- Present components of project recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Help clients navigate ambiguity by framing decisions, tradeoffs, and implications.
- Partner with S&C peers, Solutions, and Client Partnerships to ensure aligned delivery.
- Bring forward client insights that can inform ICP best practices, playbooks, or reusable templates.
- Participate in capability-building activities and practice-wide improvement initiatives.
Growth & Development
- Continue deepening consulting rigor, structured problem-solving, and communication clarity.
- Develop leadership skills in coaching, delegation, and influencing without authority.
Artwork Automation Transformation Project Specific Responsibilities
- Act as Technology Program Lead for Artwork Automation, in partnership with the Client IT&D team and external vendor to deliver the agreed roadmap of technical enhancements to the Nexus tech (Content, Artwork, and Workflow Management platforms).
- Ensuring on-time delivery of the OTC/Submissions workflow and other priority enhancements as identified through hypercare; and including E2E delivery of tech integrations, including full scoping of the outcomes and deliverables, and supporting full deployment and roll-out.
- Leadership of hypercare support for BAU Artwork projects running in Nexus.
- Working with Client IT&D and vendor team to identify any required optimisations and ensuring markets are fully supported as they move artwork projects into Nexus.
- Full scoping and delivery of the tech integrations of Client's AI Artworks Assistant and Nexus tech.
- Ad hoc requirements as required by the Project evolution, such as training materials / launch events.
