The Senior Consultant role is a workstream and deliverable leader, responsible for translating strategy into action while ensuring clarity, quality, and forward momentum. This role balances independent delivery leadership with coaching and enabling others, helping shape structured work plans and client-ready outputs that drive measurable outcomes.

This role requires a strategic, delivery-focused product owner to lead the development, evolution, and adoption of the Downstream Self Service Platform—one of Client's key AI-driven transformation initiatives. The platform will enable Markets to localize campaigns efficiently, compliantly, and at scale, powered by a composable architecture and AI-enabled automation across briefing, transcreation, compliance, and activation workflows.

As ICP continues to evolve as an integrated, insight-led partner, this role is essential to:

  • Lead workstreams that connect strategic intent to tactical execution
  • Drive clarity in deliverables, decision-making, and team alignment
  • Build trust with client stakeholders through thoughtful recommendations
  • Bring forward insights that shape ICP frameworks, methods, and IP
  • Strengthen consulting maturity across the broader team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end workstreams, ensuring clarity of objectives, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Produce high-quality outputs that translate complexity into structured, client-ready narratives.
  • Apply ICP frameworks and consulting methodologies consistently, improving and adapting them where needed.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions within your workstream; maintain trust and credibility.
  • Present components of project recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Help clients navigate ambiguity by framing decisions, tradeoffs, and implications.

Product Owner Project Specific Responsibilities:

  • The Product Owner owns the execution of the vision through product roadmap, deployment, and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with many stakeholders: Marketing/Brand, Markets, IT, CSC, Legal/Compliance, and agencies to ensure the platform meets diverse market needs and aligns with PMI's broader CSC strategy.
  • Define and evolve the platform vision and roadmap aligned with CSC Transformation.
  • Shape functional scope across core pillars: briefing intelligence, transcreation automation, smart tagging, asset readiness, workflow orchestration, and market self-service.
  • Ensure a modular, composable, vendor-agnostic solution leveraging AI and existing ecosystem capabilities.
  • Lead requirements gathering across Markets and global teams.
  • Translate business needs into requirements captured in epics and user stories according to agile methodology.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog based on business value, feasibility, and user feedback.
  • Ensure requirements support scalability, efficiency, and compliance.

Delivery & Execution:

  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and architecture to deliver through agile sprints to deliver on time and with quality.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to rollout.
  • Ensure smooth integration with core systems (e.g., DAM, Workfront, ...) and AI Factory capabilities as well as effective reuse of pilot capabilities.
  • Drive testing, adoption, and responsible AI usage with clear guardrails.
  • Support change management stream.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Markets, integrating their needs into the roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the other PO and IT functions to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Foster collaboration with creative and compliance teams.
  • Provide updates to governance bodies and ensure alignment with Transformation and transcreation pilots.

Performance, Compliance & Quality:

  • Define KPIs (speed to market, compliance, efficiency, adoption) and ways to track it.
  • Monitor performance and adoption, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Market Rollout & Adoption:

  • Lead pilot onboarding, adoption, and feedback gathering.
  • Prepare scaling plans balancing standardization with market flexibility.
  • Collaborate with Change management on training, best practices, and operating models.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong independent executor who can turn strategy into action.

  • Demonstrates judgment, ownership, and forward-thinking problem solving.
  • Shows growing maturity in both strategic framing and client relationship leadership.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in digital marketing, content supply chain, operations, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with AI-enabled or automation-rich products.
  • Familiarity with Martech platforms (DAM, workflow/project management, rights management, metadata frameworks).
  • Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
  • Understanding of transcreation, asset management, and activation workflows.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative or workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of composable architecture.
  • Background in regulated global environments is a plus.
