As our Digital Retail Media Manager, you will be a key driver of media performance on Amazon and other Retail Media activities (search and DSP). This is a fully hands‐on role where you will plan, activate, optimise, and report on media campaigns. You will serve as the in‐house expert on Amazon, ensuring excellence in platform execution and delivering measurable growth for our brands.

This role sits within Reckitt In‐House Media Trading team 'Applied Media Science' (via ICP). The team is responsible for the media planning and activation of digital media globally across over 10 markets. We work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure best practice, share learnings, and drive growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with media and commercial teams to define digital strategies and recommend ways to use Amazon channels to deliver against business objectives.
  • Build, launch and manage end‐to‐end on‐site campaigns on Amazon.
  • Maintain platform hygiene, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all campaigns follow best practice.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear insights and commercial implications.
  • Translate platform data into actionable narratives for marketing, sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily pacing and performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, Share of Voice, impressions, sales uplift).
  • Apply data‐driven optimisation techniques to improve delivery, efficiency and incrementality.
  • Run A/B tests and support test‐and‐learn plans across creatives, bids, audiences and retailers.
  • Ensure alignment with global media guidelines and data governance requirements.
  • Contribute to developing playbooks, case studies and training materials.
  • Educate cross‐functional teams on Amazon capabilities, best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with sales and eCommerce teams to connect media performance with commercial outcomes.
  • Support and upskill the team, providing coaching, prioritisation support and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Experience activating Amazon campaigns on the platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP and optimisation tools such as Pacvue, Skai.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
  • Ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who can articulate media performance to non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Experience setting objectives, aiding task prioritisation and leading by example.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, brand or shopper teams (plus).
  • Passion for retail media, shopper behaviour and digital performance marketing.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to experiment and test new ideas.
  • Comfortable owning work end‐to‐end in a fast‐moving environment.

Will receive support from a Lead & Head of the team to guide tasks and training.
