We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner – Brand Central to lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of our Brand Central platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, digital asset ecosystems, and agile product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and articulate the Brand Central product vision and Roadmap
  • Translate business and user needs into a clear, prioritised product backlog
  • Drive the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of Brand Central
  • Align product strategy with organisational and digital experience goals

Platform Ownership & Delivery

  • Act as Product Owner within agile delivery frameworks
  • Define, refine, and prioritise user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams and third‑party vendors to ensure high‑quality delivery
  • Support effective sprint planning and product release management

AEM Sites & Asset Share

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
  • Own the functional direction and optimisation of Asset Share
  • Ensure effective integration and alignment with DAM and downstream platforms
  • Champion platform best practices and scalable solutions

Stakeholder Management & Adoption

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Brand Central stakeholders
  • Drive platform adoption, user engagement, and enablement initiatives
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and translate insights into roadmap enhancements
  • Build strong relationships across global teams and business functions

Governance, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure Brand Central complies with brand, governance, and legal standards
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure platform effectiveness
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, usability, and compliance

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
  • Experience working with Asset Share Commons and Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystems
  • Solid experience operating within agile delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
