We're looking for an organised and supportive Team Manager to lead a small team delivering high-quality work for one of our global clients.
This is a hands‑on management role where you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the team, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
You'll support your team through coaching, training and regular feedback, while working closely with colleagues across the UK, India and the Americas to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach.
