What You\'ll Be Doing
As our Product Owner, you will
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer needs.

You\'ll be an experienced Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar professional who can confidently balance business priorities with technical delivery.
What you\'ll ideally have
- 3–5 years\' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working within Agile (Scrum) delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proven experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering digital, software, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and wider Mar Tech ecosystems.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer value and delivery effort.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications.
- Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues.
