The Digital Asset Specialist role supports the implementation of our client’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and delivers with excellence to the client’s content ecosystem, focusing on marketing asset management to support strategic goals. The specialist will focus on DAM services as an integral function in day-to-day asset management operations, manage, enrich and quality assure assets across brands/products, host user training sessions, and share industry best practices. You will also manage user queries and assist in creating reports. You are responsible for various content-related activities and will support a global company where attention to detail, customer service, governance, and support are crucial. The primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery, executing against processes, and fostering collaboration. A proactive, detail-oriented team player who works closely with other team members to support clear guidelines and goals and promote global standardization.
Responsibilities
- Provide input for reports to track agreed-upon KPIs
- Understand and work against SLAs
- Execute day-to-day tasks, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure timely delivery of assets into the DAM platform
- Participate in training to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Help create a productive and positive work environment
- Provide feedback on product issues and challenges to help product and automation teams find solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors
- Understand asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance to ensure asset safety
- Execute against documented workflow and processes, while also feeding back ideas for improvements
- Identify or support implementation of opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness
- Follow metadata schemas that reflect the true needs of the business
Collaboration
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to learn best practices, enhance overall operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Be a strong team player with your direct team (internal to ICP and external) and global partners
Client Facing Engagement
- Where required, collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’ needs
- Attend client meetings as required to ensure knowledge
