They’ve just secured a major partnership with an international sports federation — a high-profile contract that will see them play a key role in delivering some of the most-watched global events. They’re now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Live Events team — a hands-on role where you’ll oversee LED, video, lighting, rigging, power, and audio projects, coordinating teams and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
What you’ll be doing- Take operational lead on live event projects, from technical design to onsite delivery.
- Manage multi-disciplinary production teams and subcontractors across LED, AV, lighting, rigging, and power.
- Specify, cost, and implement innovative technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Produce all project documentation for clients, venues, and crews to ensure smooth delivery.
- Plan and manage resources, logistics, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients during project delivery.
- Support the introduction of new technical innovations and creative solutions into projects.
- Travel internationally to deliver projects on-site at major events.
- You’re an experienced Technical Project Manager or Production Manager in the live events industry.
- You have strong knowledge of AV production, and event infrastructure.
- You’ve delivered large-scale events internationally, managing budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
- You’re a confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
- You thrive in high-pressure, live event environments and can adapt quickly to challenges.
- You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
- You’re happy to travel extensively and spend time on-site worldwide.
