You will support our sales team by identifying ideal client targets, mapping company structures, and helping us send the right candidates to the right people, every day. It’s part research, part outreach, part operations—and it’s a critical role that will evolve with you as we grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with our recruiters to identify standout candidates worth presenting to new or existing clients
  • Research and build company target lists based on sector trends, location, hiring signals, and candidate fit
  • Map decision-makers and key contacts (e.g. CTOs, Heads of Product, CMOs, etc.)
  • Write and send tailored candidate-led outreach messages using email and LinkedIn tools
  • Track replies, manage activity, and hand off warm leads to the relevant sales consultant
  • Keep CRM and targeting tools clean, current, and insightful
  • Optimise and refine the process—helping us scale outreach in a structured, brand-aligned way
