ICP Search are working with a specialist technology consultancy and project delivery business supporting complex projects across live environments, venues and large-scale built spaces. The business operates across disciplines including LED, broadcast, AV and wider technology infrastructure, partnering on high-value projects that require strong coordination across clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and technical teams.
With growing activity across the UK and Europe, they are now seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from start to finish.
The Opportunity
This is an end-to-end project management role for someone who is practical, proactive and able to keep momentum across multiple moving parts. You will be responsible for driving projects forward from early planning through to installation and delivery, ensuring activity stays on track across timelines, stakeholders and technical workstreams. The role will involve regular travel across the UK and Europe and would suit someone who enjoys being close to delivery, solving problems quickly and making sure things get done.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to:
- Lead projects from initial planning through to completion
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and technical stakeholders
- Manage programmes, actions, risks and dependencies across multiple projects
- Support installation, delivery and project execution on site
- Help deliver complex projects across LED, broadcast, AV and related technology systems
What You’ll Bring
- Proven project management experience in a technical, systems, construction or integration-led environment
- Experience managing projects end to end and keeping delivery on track
- Confidence working across engineering, technical and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership within a small, growing team
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe
- Experience within areas such as LED, broadcast, AV, digital signage, systems integration or venue technology would be highly beneficial.
- A background on the general contractor, integrator or consultancy side would also be of strong interest.
