Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

£550pd – £640pd

UK Fully Remote

My client a global SaaS organisation require an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to work closely with product managers, designers and engineers across teams to create a world-class user experience for their customers.

Responsibilities

• Work on critical frontend applications used by a global network of customers
• Develop greenfield products and enhance their existing front-end architecture
• Collaborate closely and pair with product designers
• Provide engineering advice for team issues, and be involved in wider technical decisions that positively impact the department and company
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API specifications and integration

Experience

• Have strong technical skills with: React, TypeScript, CSS, React Testing Library/Vitest, Playwright.
• Implemented performant, responsive front-end applications in agile Product teams.
• Have substantial experience working closely with product designers during discovery and implementation phases of projects.
• Have a strong understanding of the development process from design through to deployment and maintenance and what that means for day-to-day development.
• Have worked with AWS & Terraform or other cloud services & infrastructure-as-code tools.
