With a passionate national fanbase and growing digital ecosystem, Team GB is continuing to invest in brand, campaign and CRM capability as it builds towards future Olympic cycles. They are now seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of brand campaigns, fan engagement initiatives and best-in-class eCRM activity.
The Opportunity
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider digital and data teams to:
- Manage and maintain a coordinated marketing calendar across digital channels
- Deliver engaging eCRM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and optimise customer journeys to drive engagement and database growth
- Write compelling email and digital copy aligned to brand tone
- Support campaign activations across key national and international sporting moments
- Work with commercial partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and report on engagement metrics
- Contribute to ongoing brand research and insight development
This is a highly visible role with real influence across marketing, digital and commercial teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 to 3 years’ experience within a marketing or CRM-focused role
- Experience using Salesforce products, particularly Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder
- Strong email marketing and segmentation capability
- An analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience within sport, entertainment or high-profile consumer brands would be beneficial.
