We're supporting a large-scale UK rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms, covering 190+ meeting spaces nationwide. As part of this programme, we're hiring multiple AV Engineers across field installation and remote support functions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, standardised Teams Rooms deployment using leading video conferencing technology.
Field AV Engineer (Installation & Commissioning)
What you'll be doing:
- Installing and commissioning Microsoft Teams Rooms on customer sites
- Fixing, upgrading, and replacing existing video conferencing systems
- Working with Teams-certified hardware (e.g. Poly, Yealink)
- Testing, configuring, and handing over fully operational meeting rooms
- Travelling to client locations across your region
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Manufacturer accreditation (Poly, Yealink or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with AV industry standards (e.g. AXIVA) a bonus
- Comfortable working independently on live customer sites
Location: UK-based - travel to client sites. Roles available in North and South UK to support regional coverage.
Remote Support Role
What you'll be doing:
- Providing remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms environments
- Dialling into systems to diagnose and resolve issues
- Logging and managing tickets and incidents
- Performing firmware updates and remote maintenance
- Escalating issues to field engineers where required
What we're looking for:
- AV or VC support experience (remote or service desk based)
- Experience supporting Poly / Yealink or similar platforms
- Confident with ticketing systems and customer support workflows
- Clear communicator with a methodical, problem-solving mindset
Location: UK-based - Ideally London / South East for collaboration and coverage.
Ideal Background across both roles:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms installation or support experience
- Teams-certified VC hardware exposure
- AV, Unified Communications, or collaboration technology background
