We’re supporting a major international live events partner to hire four LED / Video Technicians to join their growing delivery team. This organisation delivers large-scale broadcast and event technology across some of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, including Formula 1, Formula E, Liv Golf and SailGP. Their projects run on long-term multi-year contracts, offering stability with world-wide exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, rig and de-rig large LED walls and event display systems
- Program and configure LED screens and video processors (e.g., NovaStar, Brompton, or similar)
- Manage power distribution and ratio calculations for large screen systems
- Install and troubleshoot signal routing, cabling and video distribution
- Work closely with production, engineering and operations teams on-site
- Ensure high-quality deployment under tight live-event timelines
- Maintain equipment and support pre-event prep at UK bases when required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience with LED displays, video walls or large-scale AV
- Strong technical understanding of system wiring, power, rigging and screen processing
- Comfortable working at height, with heavy kit, and in high-pressure live environments
- Ability to travel globally for extended periods
- A proactive, calm, and problem-solving mindset
