We’re partnering with a high-growth, well-funded HR technology company (London HQ) that’s redefining how modern businesses manage their people. Trusted by scaling organisations globally, they’re continuing to invest in the UK market and are now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth across larger, complex accounts. This is a standout opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys running a disciplined, end-to-end sales process.

You’ll join a strong-performing enterprise team with great internal support, selling into modern, technology-led organisations and owning deals from first touch through to signature. They run a structured, qualification-led sales process (MEDDPICC or similar), so you’ll be someone who is comfortable operating with that level of rigour day-to-day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close
  • Sell into enterprise organisations (1,000–15,000 employees) across tech-led verticals (SaaS, FinTech, gambling and other high-growth environments)
  • Run complex, multi-threaded processes across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement and Security
  • Build and execute outbound account plans to create pipeline and expand stakeholder coverage
  • Lead value-based discovery, build compelling business cases and manage deal momentum through longer cycles (typically ~6 months)
  • Forecast accurately with strong commercial ownership and process discipline
  • Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer teams to drive conversion and execution

This could suit you if…

  • You’re an Enterprise AE / Senior AE / Strategic AE with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS
  • You’re comfortable selling into 1,000+ employee organisations with complex stakeholder maps
  • You’ve closed large, multi-month deals and can explain how you controlled process, risk and timelines
  • You’re outbound-capable and proactive in generating pipeline, not just working inbound
  • You bring strong forecasting and qualification discipline and can clearly explain how you progress deals
  • You’ve used MEDDPICC (or a similar methodology) in live enterprise deals and can explain how you run it across qualification, deal planning and forecasting
  • HR tech experience is a plus, but strong enterprise SaaS patterns matter most

What you’ll get:

  • A high-impact enterprise closing role with visibility (direct CRO line)
  • A strong-performing team and internal support structure to help you win
  • Large enterprise deal sizes and a proven sales motion
  • A high-accountability environment with clear progression

If you’re an enterprise SaaS seller who enjoys complex deals, multi-threading senior stakeholders and running a disciplined process, I’d love to speak with you.
