ICP Search are proud to be retained by Team GB, the public-facing brand of the British Olympic Association. They are seeking a Data Executive to support the delivery of an ambitious data strategy across fan engagement, athlete data and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Drive CRM and fan data excellence across email, web and app
- Improve data quality, governance and compliance including GDPR, PECR and DPA
- Design dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Power BI
- Support Salesforce adoption and optimisation across the organisation
- Deliver meaningful segmentation and personalisation strategies
Experience
- Strong Salesforce or major CRM experience
- SQL capability, Python advantageous
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of data security and consent frameworks
- Experience supporting eCRM and digital campaign optimisation
