Key Responsibilities

• Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multi‑year strategy
• Own full P &L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth
• Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management
• Lead digital and data transformation to support better decision‑making and scalability
• Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships
• Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale
• Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality

Transformation & Growth Focus

• Modernising structures, systems, and processes
• Driving innovation across payments, data, and technology
• Expanding hospitality and premium event experiences
• Supporting procurement strategy and selective M&A activity
• Embedding continuous improvement across the organisation

• Build a high‑performing, accountable executive leadership team

You are likely to bring

• CEO or senior executive experience in a complex, multi‑site, multi‑division business
• Strong commercial and financial leadership, with deep P &L ownership
• A track record of leading transformation and growth
• Experience operating at board level with credibility and gravitas
• Exposure to live events, hospitality, sport, logistics, or adjacent sectors
• A leadership style that combines clarity, energy, and humility
