Key Responsibilities
Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multiāyear strategy
Own full P &L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth
Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management
Lead digital and data transformation to support better decisionāmaking and scalability
Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships
Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale
Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality
