This is a defining leadership role for a commercially astute, people‐led CEO who can build on a proud legacy while leading the business into its next phase of growth, modernisation, and performance.

The OpportunityThe organisation is an established operator with decades of heritage, a strong brand, and deep relationships across major sporting venues, live events, and large‐scale hospitality environments.

Scaling performance across a complex, multi‐division operation

Strengthening commercial discipline and margin

Accelerating digital, data, and payment capability

Expanding into new partnerships, territories, and experiences

Evolving culture, leadership capability, and accountability

Key Responsibilities

Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multi‐year strategy

Own full P &L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth

Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management

Lead digital and data transformation to support better decision‐making and scalability

Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships

Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale

Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality
