About the Role

This opportunity will see you play a central role in building and shaping our Sports Media practice globally. You'll work on retained and exclusive search assignments, partnering with broadcasters, production companies, rights holders, agencies, and technology providers to identify and secure high‐impact talent. What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and develop long‐term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and win new business through a consultative, insight‐led approach.

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop new business.
  • Relationship‐driven approach with a focus on quality and delivery.
  • Ambition to build and grow a specialist market vertical.

We're not trying to build a large recruitment business, we're building a high‐quality one. If you want to work on meaningful assignments, develop a genuine market specialism, and play a key role in shaping our next chapter within Sports Media, we'd love to hear from you.
