ICP have partnered with a leading business in the live production, broadcast and media space to support the hire of two Production Coordinators.
We are recruiting for:
- 1 x Permanent role
- 1 x Fixed-Term Contract role running until September 2026
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced environment, supporting the coordination and delivery of production activity across a range of projects.
Overview
These roles will sit within a collaborative production team and will play a key part in keeping projects organised, on track and running smoothly. The successful individuals will support day-to-day production operations, work closely with internal teams and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of production projects from planning through to delivery
- Managing schedules, timelines and project admin
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep activity on track
- Helping to coordinate resources, logistics and project documentation
- Monitoring progress across multiple workstreams and flagging any issues early
- Providing general production support to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery
Experience required
Permanent role:
- Around 2-3 years’ experience in a Production Coordinator or similar position
- Ideally from a sport, broadcast, media or entertainment production background
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
FTC role:
- Must be an experienced Production Coordinator who can hit the ground running from day one
- Strong previous experience in a similar fast-paced production environment
- Confident picking up live projects quickly and working with minimal hand-holding
