ESG Coordinator in Bracknell

Sustainability is an increasingly important part of how the organisation operates, not as a tick-box exercise, but as a practical, operational discipline embedded into live production, logistics and delivery at scale.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ESG Coordinator to play a hands-on role in delivering environmental and sustainability initiatives within a fast-paced, operational environment.

Working closely with operational, commercial and corporate teams, you’ll support the delivery of ESG programmes across the business, with a particular focus on environmental performance, carbon data, ISO standards and sustainability reporting. The role is practical, collaborative and varied, offering exposure to both internal operations and client-facing ESG requirements.

What You\\\’ll Do

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 environmental management systems
• Assist with internal and external audits, including evidence gathering and documentation
• Collect, maintain and analyse carbon emissions data (Scopes 1, 2 and 3)
• Support carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives across the business
• Prepare sustainability reports, performance summaries and audit materials
• Provide ESG input into client tenders and sustainability-related requests
• Work cross-functionally to help embed sustainability into day-to-day operations
• Support internal engagement and sustainability communications

What You\\\’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in an ESG, sustainability, environmental or CSR-focused role
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and environmental management systems
• Experience with carbon data, emissions reporting or sustainability reporting
• Comfortable working with data and producing clear documentation
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to health & safety or ISO 45001
• Experience contributing to ESG or sustainability tender responses
• Background in media, broadcast, live events or other operational environments
