Hybrid | London | Sports clubs and stadia

ICP Search has partnered with a fast-growing sports technology business delivering access control, fan engagement, loyalty and payment solutions to clubs, leagues and rights holders across the UK, Europe and beyond.

We are now looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing club relationships, driving product adoption, increasing ARR and acting as the trusted point of contact between clients and the wider business.

The role

As Account Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of client relationships post-sale - from onboarding new products and services through to ongoing customer success.

Many clients start with access control before expanding into the business's fan engagement and loyalty rewards tools, which help clubs turn matchday and membership data into stronger, more personalised fan relationships.

You will work across siloed departments within sports organisations (marketing, ticketing, operations and more) to build trust, uncover opportunities and drive increased usage of the platform.

This is a relationship-first role that blends light project management, stakeholder navigation and a genuine customer success mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing club/organisation accounts.
  • Lead the implementation and onboarding of new products and services, including fan engagement and loyalty rewards tools, for clients.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders and departments within each client organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to increase ARR through upsells and expanded product usage, particularly around fan engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor client data and usage dashboards, proactively flagging where clients could be getting more value from the platform.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to bring in the right expertise at the right time.
  • Represent the business on client sites, attending in person roughly once a quarter.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in account management, customer success or client-facing project delivery.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex, siloed organisations.
  • A genuine interest in sport and an understanding of how professional sports organisations operate.
  • Comfortable balancing operational detail with relationship-building and light project management.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites periodically.
  • No deep technical background required - just enough understanding to know when to bring in specialists.
  • Why this could be a good move

This is a chance to join a growing sports technology business at a pivotal point, working directly with professional clubs and organisations across multiple markets, and to play a hands-on role in how they build deeper fan relationships.

There's genuine scope to grow into a more senior account management position as the team expands.
