Due to continued success and expansion we are looking for professionals or graduates to join our Project Management team in Milton Keynes to help with the company's ambitious growth plans in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be a Graduate preferably with a Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering or business admin background, with knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel. If you are a bright, sharp, articulate and confident individual keen to work hard and develop a career at speed but also work as part of a successful team, then ICP Logistics is the company for you.
The purpose of the role is to assist our Logistics project managers in the solution design process and process optimisation areas by conducting data analysis, documenting procedures and contributing to our solutions brainstorming sessions.
- KPI performance: Measure, analyse, report and manage both internal and external key performance indicators.
- New project implementation: New client accounts implementation, new client requirements implementation, solution design implementation.
- Operations Optimisation: Analysis of logistics flows within the warehouse, analysis of current solutions, improvement proposals.
- Cost Control: Identify main cost contributors, elaborate cost reduction initiatives, implementation and monitoring.
- Management: Team management, MHE & Facilities management, quality system management.
As well as a competitive starting salary, at ICP Logistics we have a solid career plan for you: As a Graduate Engineer, you will initially assist project managers with existing projects in order to understand our philosophy, systems, tools and gain experience. Within 6-8 months, you will progress to project engineer where you will be assigned projects in a number of areas such as solution design and implementation, process optimisation, purchasing and quality. You will also start dealing with client accounts. Within 2-3 years you will promote to project manager and will manage larger projects and client accounts with the help of 2-3 project engineers and graduate engineers. There is a possibility of developing an international career where the ICP group is present: Spain (Madrid, HQ), France (Paris) or Portugal (Porto).
