Role Description
The Associate Project Manager – Merchants is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Leeds, working closely with merchant partners and internal teams to support the planning and delivery of vouchering projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and milestones, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. The Associate Project Manager will assist in onboarding new merchants, ensuring configuration, testing, and integration tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing documentation, supporting issue resolution, collaborating with logistics and operations teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and merchant experiences. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with expediting processes, including experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of deliverables.
- Familiarity with Inspection activities to support quality assurance and compliance in project delivery.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate tasks and stakeholders across airlines, airports, and merchants.
- Relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally within technology, aviation, or retail environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solution‑focused mindset.
- Proficiency with standard office and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking systems).
- Degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
