As an Associate Project Manager – Merchants, you’ll play a key role in activating iCoupon services across our retail partners’ airport networks. Working closely with retailers and internal teams, you’ll coordinate project rollouts from initial handover through to successful go-live. This is a customer-facing role that combines project coordination, stakeholder management, customer success and operational delivery.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships, leading customer meetings, delivering training, solving problems and ensuring projects remain on track against agreed timelines. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, highly organised, proactive, curious and solution-focused. You’ll be confident engaging with customers, comfortable handling challenging conversations when required, and able to balance customer needs with business objectives.
Success in this role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, accountability, relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, adaptability and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and/or Spanish is highly desirable, as you’ll be working with customers across international markets.
