We have customers across the world, predominantly in the UK across the Public Sector, with our team based across the UK and our office, iCoHub, located in Cardiff. We maintain strong relationships with our customer base and Microsoft, supported by a brilliant Marketing Team.
The Role: We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll target public sector accounts, driving business growth with industry-leading solutions. You will manage multiple sales engagements, build strong C-level relationships, and play a key role in driving our business forward.
You will be a strategic and persuasive communicator, demonstrating how iCoTech’s Power Platform Accelerators can be tailored to meet client needs. This is a pure new business role, focused on building our new business pipeline without account or bid management responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving Marketing Qualified Leads from the Marketing Team and generating your own leads.
- Taking leads through to opportunity using a pre-defined Sales Methodology.
- Prospecting leads, setting appointments, booking Discovery meetings, and closing strategic sales.

- This is a diverse and exciting role with existing processes in place.
- You will need to source your own leads and increase conversion rates of new business sales.
- This is not initially a managerial role, but there may be future opportunities to build a team.
- A consultative sales approach is required, with experience in selling Microsoft Business Solutions.

- Experience of B2B selling M365 products, solutions, and services.
- Minimum 10+ years successful experience in a sales environment.
