An SC Cleared First Line Analyst for a Service Desk team for one of our prestigious customers. The role will focus on providing a top-class service as a first point of contact for anyone with IT related issues. This role will be covering the hours of 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday, with varying shift patterns.
The primary duties will include:
- Providing first-line service desk support as a point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Receiving and fulfilling requests within agreed SLAs.
- Potential involvement in Incident Management support where applicable.
- Occasional 2nd line aspects may be required.
Requirements:
- Must have active SC Clearance.
- Based in one of the offices in Nottingham or Milton Keynes.
- 1 year rolling contract.
- Hourly rate £19.44 + overtime.
- Prior technical knowledge of hardware and software is an advantage, but not vital as training is provided to successful applicants.
- Attitude and aptitude are as important as technical skills. The team has a wide range of experience; applications from both entry-level IT careers and more experienced service desk professionals are welcome.
