Injection Mould Toolmaker – Full‑Time, Permanent
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm (41.5 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to join our modern, well‑equipped toolroom. This full‑time position involves manufacturing, modifying, and repairing precision injection mould tools using both manual and CNC machinery.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and modify injection mould tools
- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders
- Use CNC spark and wire erosion equipment
- Assemble and fit complex mould tools
- Install and troubleshoot hot runner systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in injection mould toolmaking
- Skilled in high‑precision machining, milling, grinding, and fitting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
