About OSdire:

Osdire is an innovative online marketplace connecting freelancers (e.g., designers, developers) with businesses, offering a user-friendly alternative to platforms like Fiverr. With a talented team of developers and designers, we’re preparing to launch by 1st of December 2025 and are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive traffic and user acquisition through PPC and SEO.

Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC and SEO), you will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions to Osdire through paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and organic search optimisation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Social Media/Content Marketer, Email Marketing Specialist, and our development/design teams to ensure campaigns align with Osdire’s brand and launch goals. Your expertise will help attract freelancers and buyers to create a vibrant marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) targeting keywords like “freelance services UK” and “hire freelancers online” to drive immediate traffic and sign-ups.
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages (with our UX/UI team) to maximise click-through and conversion rates.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage visitors who don’t convert.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise Osdire’s website for SEO, including on-page elements (meta tags, headers) and content structure.
  • Develop a backlink strategy to boost domain authority, targeting freelancing/tech blogs or directories.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, reporting weekly to the Marketing Manager.
  • Optimise campaigns based on data (e.g., adjust bids, refine keywords) to improve metrics like cost per acquisition and organic traffic growth.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media/Content Marketer to align PPC ads with social campaigns and with the Email Marketing Specialist to funnel leads into email campaigns.
  • Work with our Laravel, Vue.js, Flutter, and UX/UI teams to ensure landing pages and platform features support SEO and PPC goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in PPC and SEO, ideally in tech startups or e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns and optimising websites for organic search.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and understand landing page optimisation.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • UK-based or authorised to work in the UK.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or freelance platforms.
  • Familiarity with retargeting and A/B testing for conversions.
