As we expand our footprint across global iGaming markets, we’re seeking a strategic and commercially driven B2B Partnerships Manager to unlock new growth opportunities by forging high-value partnerships throughout the ecosystem.

Role Overview

As B2B Partnerships Manager, your mission is to build, nurture, and expand a thriving ecosystem of partnerships that drive revenue, product integrations, and brand reach for iConvert.

You’ll act as a key connector between iConvert and a wide range of iGaming entities, including platforms, affiliate networks, marketing agencies, CRM providers, and payment processors – uncovering commercial opportunities, integration synergies, and co-marketing potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partner Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key iGaming businesses such as:
  • Casino platforms and white-label providers
  • Affiliate networks and agencies
  • Player acquisition and retention services
  • iGaming software and tech suppliers
  • Craft win-win partnership propositions aligned with iConvert’s growth goals
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements, referral deals, or integrations

Relationship Management

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for active partners, ensuring mutual value is being delivered
  • Onboard and educate partners on iConvert’s capabilities, performance metrics, and best practices
  • Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, ops) to deliver on partner needs

Revenue & Growth Contribution

  • Track and report on partnership performance (e.g. FTDs driven, revenue share, referral conversions)
  • Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities through joint product offerings or integrations
  • Collaborate with sales to generate warm intros and co-pitch opportunities via partners

Market & Brand Expansion

  • Represent iConvert at iGaming events, expos, and summits to expand network
  • Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns, webinars, or thought leadership with partners
  • Provide insights from the partner landscape to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy

RequirementsEssential

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or account management in the iGaming industry
  • Strong network across platforms, affiliate networks, and other iGaming tech vendors
  • Track record of delivering commercial partnerships that drive measurable revenue or growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on hustle to execute

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or martech tools
  • Knowledge of attribution models, user funnels, and iGaming regulations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and partner tracking tools
